They’re a fraud to homeowners and potential renters. I have applied for two different places and never got a denial or approval. The law states you should receive a letter but Cirrus never does. The same properties still on the internet unrented. The realtor company making too much money off application fees, and the owner getting ripped off from having tenants in their property. Biggest scam ever. I’m filing a complaint with Fair Housing on their process because it’s not right.
Scam!!!! This is the definition of con artist. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! THE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER HAD THE NIGHTMARE OF DEALING WITH. RUN!!
My family and I have been tenants of Cirrus Realty for a few years. I don't recommend anyone rent from them. We are tenants that pay faithfully on time never give them an issues. As soon as we need repair or replacement in our house it takes DAYS for someone to come check or fix anything. If we offer a company we're threatened to pay the bill. The property managers (for tomlin apartments) and owners(cirrus) are AMAZING. They make sure you feel safe, comfortable and important. They care about making sure every tenant has their parking spot available, access.to immediate maintenance and monthly and even 2x a month pest control for any issues. I've never seen a bug in my unit. My unit is clean and so spacious. Appliances are great. I have no complaints. I am so impressed by the way cirrus runs their property.
