We arrived for our sons circumcision appointment and were hastily moved into a procedure room by the only Nurse working there. Upon entering the room, we wanted to triple check everything was in order and our son had 100% received his vitamin k shot at the hospital (required for baby’s blood to clot post procedure and reduce the risk of bleeding). We had a wonderful experience at Gentle Procedure in Kitchener with Dr. Kanu for our son’s circumcision. The procedure was smooth, and Dr. Kanu was professional, gentle, and reassuring throughout. We were also given clear aftercare instructions, and five days later, our son is doing very well. We’re very pleased with the care we received. Thank you, Dr. Kanu and the Gentle Procedure team!
Terrible experience. I chose Dr. Kanu because I didn't want to wait for the public health care system. I wish I had.
