Though I have read thru several reviews, my experience with this facility was positive. My loved one has a dual diagnosis: an addiction and a mental health condition. The staff at CC offered encouragement and much needed support. My loved one went in voluntarily for a three to five day detox then a twenty eight day rehabilitation for his addiction. This place is terrible the techs are rough on the patients here they abuse there power . They psychically restrain innocent people give them ptsd . Barely any groups or activities just people sit there watching TV They dont know how to properly handle mental illness or neurological / developmental impaired people Then the staff once shoved me to the ground . One night I came in they automatically gave me benadryl said I cant go outside my room Its like the techs and staff are very shady WOULD NOT Recommend this place save yo... read more
Days with no meds clothes. Rock hard beds paper pin pillow. Dirty, barely no outside time no smoking. No storage. Horrible food. The most lousy uneducated staff. No kindness. Extreme wait times.limited access to to hand soap. Go somewhere else
THIS PLACE IS A ABSOLUTE JOKE, IF SOMEONE NEEDS ACTUAL HELP DO NOT GO HERE!!! IF I COULD NEGATIVE MARKS I WOULD!! I even explained to them how vital it was to make sure my hubby is OK that this happens a lot and I want to get ACTUAL help they said "oh absolutely" then released him the next day!!! BACK TO SQUARE ONE AGAIN!!! PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME GET A REAL PLACE THAT ACTUALLY WILL HELP AND CARE!!!! MENTAL HEALTH IS DISGUSTING HERE!!!!
