Maybe think about coordinating with staff about a dress code before sending visitors in before making visitors uncomfortable about their style and choice in clothing. It made me want to die. Gave me trauma. I HATE IT SO MUCH DONT GO HERE.
Though I have read thru several reviews, my experience with this facility was positive. My loved one has a dual diagnosis: an addiction and a mental health condition. The staff were helpful and supportive. My loved one went in voluntarily for a three to five day detox then a twenty eight day rehabilitation for his addiction. The road to recovery is difficult, the battle is real. The staff at CC could use some positive energy. Their work demands much care and dedication as they take care of our loved ones.
My girlfriend went in there with a severe mental episode, but came out back to normal. Whatever they did, it worked. I see the tons of bad reviews, and I get it. They could do with a smidge of empathy and courtesy, but you just have to trust them.
My family had a deeply concerning experience in the children’s unit on 11/26/25, specifically involving the discharge nurse, Elise. I arrived in a neck brace and with almost no voice due to a medical condition, which made it difficult for me to speak loudly or use the phone.
