Rules are not meant to be Broken. – The Association here is really cracking down on enforcing rules. At first I was mad because I got a tow sticker on my truck. I didn't even know I was required to get a parking permit. I felt pretty stupid when I saw all the signs at each of the entrances saying that parking permits are required. I have driven by the same signs for 5 years and never bothered to read them. Nice place to rent if you can find a unit they go fast ! – Good deal ! I only rent here but it is very clean and quiet. Grounds look nice HOA very friendly A+ I wished I would have moved here years ago.
Delightful Community – Hi just wanted to let people know how pleased I am with Circle Tree Owners Association. This is a delightful charming community that is very well organized. If your looking for a wonderful community that is safe and very friendly then Circle Tree Condominiums would be an excellent choice. Neighbor – I rent a condo at this HOA and have this neighbor that lives in my building and she drives me nuts. She is a short little drunken lady who has a real foul mouth. She is always walking around intoxicated and I have seen her stealing furniture from the pool and taking it to her unit. Who is pathetic enough to steal plastic furniture? GOOD PLACE TO LIVE IN MESA – Circle Tree is a great place to live. I like that is is close to every thing including MCC the mall and is walking distance to the bus stop. Very nice people could not ask for more I feel very safe as a single woman living here.
Great Place – I love my condo at Circle Tree. I wasn't one of those stupid people who went out and paid way too much money for an over priced house and end up loosing it in foreclosure. I have a 2 bedroom and 2 bath condominium and I don't mind paying an HOA fee when they pretty much pay for everything. They cover the water, trash collection, yard maintenance, pool maintenance, master insurance, parking lots, roofs, management and accounting fees, new trees and bushes, outside electricity, and many many other things. Nice place to own – Circle Tree is a super place ! Nice grounds and clean pools we purachse our unit 4 years ago and enjoy living here. We are very happy here and find most people to be friendly, the HOA keeps the place up and outside of a couple of bad renters we are extremly happy we moved here.
Circle Tree Is My Home Sweet Home ! Welcome to safe living and a well run HOA who has their act together. I have lived here 18 months and I just love it. Never have I seen a cool HOA but this one is for sure.
Nice Place To live – Wow new parking lots clean courtyards and a lot of improvements. This place looks 100% better since new board took over. They even enforce the Rules.
