One and Only Review – I live next door to the previous poster. So I guess you won't wonder why I am here. Circle Tree is delightful and nocturnalgirl hasn't a clue. By the end of the year I will have everyone in my building writing a review. I own several units here at Circle Tree and other units at other complexes and this is definitely the better one. I posted 1 review here a year ago and was happy to see all the new people who have signed up to write possitive reviews for our Association. Who is nocturnalgirl? The name itself implies she is a druggie. Based off what I have read, I am glad that her or the other guy named the hood2007 no longer live at Circle Tree. Circle Tree a nice place – I love my condo at Circle Tree. I wasn't one of those stupid people who went out and paid way too much money for an over priced house and end up loosing it in foreclosure. I have a 2 bedroom and 2 bath condominium and I don't mind paying an HOA fee when they pretty much pay for everything. Lived here since they were new – Well I was one of the original owners here at Circle Tree when they were first built. This is a clean crime free community that is well looked after. My brother liked it so much here he bought a place here in 2007 and he loves it to. We have an awesome HOA that maintains the property as well as an onsite manager who is very good at his job. Nice Condos – I have been here since the 80's I love my condo and I love Circle Tree. The HOA guys are great and the place is so nice and so are the people who live here.

There are Rules what a good thing – The Association here is really cracking down on enforcing rules. At first I was mad because I got a tow sticker on my truck. I didn't even know I was required to get a parking permit. I felt pretty stupid when I saw all the signs at each of the entrances saying that parking permits are required. I have driven by the same signs for 5 years and never bothered to read them.
