The front staff and their "texting" way of calling you back when it was your turn was hectic, some of the staff seemed in welcoming. The nurse was nice to me but very vocal about how unorganized the front staff was. Dr. Housel was nice and hell full.
I am new to Circle of Life, which came highly recommended to me. It's a beautiful facility and it's great to have an ultrasound at each visit. I rated this experience so low because each of my visits I have waited 45 or more minutes for my scheduled appointment. I understand that the doctors may be called to a delivery, however, the front desk will give you an estimated time and do not follow up with you or check in with you when that time passes. I love this place! Great environment and Dr. Davis was amazing. Made me feel comfortable answered all of my questions and everything. Plus during the time my Epidural wore off and pushing was the worst he was so calm and patient with me which I appreciated greatly! Would highly recommend this clinic.
