I had three children, all of whom the wonderful Kathy Mark took care of. The staff are very friendly & explain in detail if I had any questions. Darren Housel delivered my first, she wasn't breathing so he revived her. So grateful for him. I recommend COLWC
I've had 4 pregnancies, and my most recent was cared for through colwc, with Kathy. Kathy was an absolute god send through my last pregnancy. After our miscarriage, I was so scared it would be another loss. However, at my 13 week scan Kathy noticed something wasn't right with our baby. She called in a ultrasound tech, and stayed with me for awhile. (Which I'm sure pushed her behind. Which is why some appointments, you wait longer to be seen) My baby, who was our 1st girl, was diagnosed with Anencephaly and Kathy caught it. S... read more
My wife goes (or should I say went) here. They cancelled her appointment without any notification. I took time off work and then we show up only to be told our appointment was cancelled and then they refused to fit us in. Unacceptable and unprofessional. There's also been quite a few occasions where we had to wait 2 to 3 hours. The facility is nice but they don't care about their patients at all.
Excellent facility. In house lab. Which is àwesome. My Dr. Is super thorough.. sometimes there is a Wait but i understand why. They want their patients to have all the knowledge they need and will spend the time taking. Comfy chairs and couches. And discrete.. via text that's it's your turn to come back. This is my first baby and I'm super comfortable here.
