I am very satisfied with my experience here! We just had our first baby. I was recommended to Dr. Bierer by a friend and we love him! He always came in with a smile and was always so sweet and kind to us. He always explained what was going on and how my baby was growing and always answered my questions. He induced me at 38 weeks because I was swollen like no other, my blood pressure was up and I think he could see I was pretty uncomfortable. This is a busy office however the doctors and staff are so wonderful. I’ve always had great customer service and have loved being seen here! The kids play room is a huge bonus for us!

I had an appointment tonight at 5:20, showed up at 4:50 to do paperwork. It is now 6:30 and I have still not seen the dr. there is no excuse for a patient to wait an hour to be seen. I was getting ready to walk out of the office when they called my name. Now I have been in the room for 15 min and still no one has come in. If you make an appointment be prepared to wait two hours to see anyone.
It’s time at this clinic, everyone I came into contact with was very nice and professional , my doctor Karen McBride was one of the nice ones, she listens attentively, very thorough and when she was doing my ultrasound she explained every view to me, can’t ask for a better Gynecologist, thanks everyone for making my visit worthwhile
