RecommendedUnfortunately we have been to the ER twice in a month but each time we saw Dr. Walls and she was AMAZING. She was not only wonderful with my son but she made sure I was ok as well. The nurses were all amazing as well as Carrie the Social worker. I’m so glad we have this facility in NWA!
RecommendedThe doctors and nurses were so attentive and caring. They helped me with my baby and I could really tell they all cared about my LO. They ran necessary tests without going overboard and easily diagnosed my girl. Will definitely be going back and I highly recommend this hospital for any child! Thank you for taking great care of my baby and going above and beyond to educate and inform me and help me know how to treat her at home.
RecommendedExcellent service and facility! My son was seen by Dr. Perry Wilbur, and he was absolutely wonderful!! He was kind, listened to our concerns, talked to my son with so much care and really connected with him. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Wilbur! My son also had lab work and imaging yesterday, and every single person we encountered was terrific. Excellent care! Thank you!!! 💙💙
RecommendedAs scary as it was for me as a first time mom to take my preemie to the ER for the first time, the staff made it a great and comforting experience as possible. Our doctor was very knowledgeable and personable. She held and comforted by upset baby as well as comforted me and made me feel like I was a good mother. The little things matter most. ❤️
RecommendedI almost lost my son to a bone infection last year. It was misdiagnosed twice before I took him in to the ER at ACH-Northwest. They immediately admitted him and started testing. Once they figured out what it was, we started treatments that lasted for the next month. He was already septic by the time he was diagnosed and his infection had moved from his femur to his lungs (luckily it hadn't made it to his heart yet).
