RecommendedUnfortunately our daughter has had to visit here several times this year. However, we have been VERY happy with every doctor, nurse and anyone else who has been a part of her care. I feel they have gone above and beyond with making sure she has been comfortable and taken care of. Thank you for being so compassionate!
RecommendedThe staff is kind, caring, quick to respond when something was needed. Beautiful clean hospital. Meals for parents/care givers were great. Food was more like good restaurant food, then typical hospital food. Good security staff. Would recommend to anyone with children. I was very impressed with the care my Granddaughter received.

I had an amazing experience at Arkansas Children's in Little Rock. But I cannot say the same for Northwest. one we had a horrible experience with the clerk at outpatient services who was too concerned with everything else but trying to get our orders. 2 then the results of our tests were sent to an unknown location. one week later it was a fight just to get them sent to the correct doctor's office. RecommendedWhen my 3 month old was hospitalized with RSV I was terrified. My whole world stopped turning. The amazing staff here made an unbearable situation feel manageable. From the doctors to the volunteers to the cleaning staff, everyone was amazing 💗 The hospital is well staffed, well trained, and most of all care about their patients and their families. Unlike most hospitals that only care about their profit! Thank you for all you do, you are truly an amazing group of people. I can’t say enough good things, we love you!!!
RecommendedMy daughter had a closed reduction surgery yesterday on her hip and the experience was amazing. All the nurses that took care of her were just wonderful. Very informative. They texted during the procedure to update. Dr Waanders was also great and very efficient. Love this place.
