Circle N Appliance/Service is a joke! Do not use them to repair your appliances! A service technician, who was also the owner, came to a service call for our 4 month old washing machine that started having issues one month after we bought it. It was not a cheap one. He said it wasn't making the noise and the computer didn't show any error codes, so it must be user error. I went in there on Friday and bought a valve and a starter solenoid for my refrigerator and over the weekend was unable to get the fridge cold and gave up on it so first thing Monday I went to return the valve which was still in the box I had never even touched it and they refused to refund me simply because I did not have my receipt which had blown out my truck window while driving down the highway and it was the same lady and older man who helped me purchase the valve that refused to refund me my $90

Mario came to my house yesterday to repair my dryer. He was so super duper nice. They called me ahead of time and he even waited a few minutes for me to get home so I didn't have to miss work. He kept me posted the whole time he was working and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before he left. He even made sure any mess he made was cleaned up before he left. My dryer is working perfectly! And on top of that, they were very reasonably priced!
Greeted immediately and BOB showed me different choices. He’s was super knowledgeable of the products. The other staff folks were pleasant as well. Easiest purchase of a wash machine I ever had. They have my future business. Remember this local Amarillo store when you need appliances.
We searched for a reasonably priced washer that we could get the same day and we were able to find that at Circle and Appliance. Another place in town does not have washers in the store and we would have had to order it. We went to circle and appliance and they price matched the other store and we were able to take it home right away. We were seriously in and out within 10 minutes. This was by far the best and easiest time that we’ve ever had buying any appliance. I highly recommend them.
