How can you get somebody to help you with billing? charges are showing up on the credit card and we never used an appointment? We're going to switch to teladoc because this is a joke.
Can not create an account, or reach anybody for assistance, and judging by the reviews it seems I’m not the only one
Circle Medical is great at getting you in the door and on a prescription, but when it comes to scheduling a follow up to get a refill, they will just cancel your appointments again and again just minutes before you are scheduled. AVOID. Literally just message your in-real-life medical doctor through whatever patient portal they offer and get a prescription from an actual medical organization. Doctor did not show up to appointment. I wasted my time and energy. I followed everything they said prior appointment and joined meeting 5 minutes prior to appointment time and waited and waited but no one showed up to the appointment. They charge $50 for patient no show fee but doctor no show without any warning or notification is okay?
Absolutely the worst medical group known to mankind. If you run into any issues, expect to wait days for some kind of resolution. I’ve seen several providers and not very impressed with most of them.
