Doctor did not show up to appointment. I wasted my time and energy. I followed everything they said prior appointment and joined meeting 5 minutes prior to appointment time and waited and waited but no one showed up to the appointment. They charge $50 for patient no show fee but doctor no show without any warning or notification is okay?
Absolutely the worst medical group known to mankind. If you run into any issues, expect to wait days for some kind of resolution. I’ve seen several providers and not very impressed with most of them.
Do not use this service. They advertised it as in network and then a day after my visit said the doctor was not in network. I found them on zocdoc. Zocdoc said they are one of their largest vendors and are required to keep up to date info. So avoid Circle Medical and Zocdoc. Now Circle Medical is asking me to try to get my insurance to pay for it even though they know its not in network. This is a company intent on taking your money. Simply, that is their business model.
Worst experience .. horrible customer service, never able to speak with anyone, downloaded their app and did everything online, sent their device back within a week because it did not help me, and was billed hundreds of dollars - no one sent an invoice or advised I would be charged for anything except the device and with me sending that back, I didn’t expect any additional charges, however, they charged an unauthorized pymt on my card that they saved without my permission - which I had to dispute … do not deal with Circle Me... read more
Circle Medical messed up my billing because they charged my Dental insurance instead of my Medical Insurance, which have very similar group numbers. Nobody answers the phones and it takes days to hear back over the chat. They owned up to their mistake but instead of rebilling they decided to charge me out of pocket and I have to wait to get reimbursed by my insurance.
