The cashier was slow and had a bad attitude! She had a long line but there was absolutely no sense of urgency or an apology for the wait. I tried to put my rewards # in and she asked "uh what are you doing?" I told her that I wanted to use my free drink and she was so rude about the fact that the store supposedly doesn't participate. Everyone goes through stuff and has bad days but her demeanor was uncalled for. You can sense that the staff is miserable as soon as you walk in the door
