Because when you have a problem with your alarm, and it’s going off, you have to wait til the next day for a technician to help. Doesn’t matter how loud and annoying it is, or if it stresses your dog out, you have to listen to it continuously until it suits them. Doesn’t matter that you’ve been with the company over 20 years! I first would like to say how wonderful James is. That young man took the time to get things right. He is an awesome young man. Very knowledgeable and professional. He explain what he was doing and things I need to take care of to make the process go smoothly. He really knows his stuff. Ms. Lisa also made the process a lot easier. I love this company. Therefore I have recommended them to everyone who asks me about security. Friends in Shelbyville, New Palestine, Mt Comfort...they all have gone with them and are thrilled with the high tech, they can accommodate all their different needs and concerns.
