They were very nice on the on phone when I was scheduling an appointment for someone to come look at my deck, but then the day of the appointment came and the guy didn't call and didn't show up. I called twice, leaving a message on his cell and at their office and still, 4 days later, haven't heard anything from them. They came recommended from a friend so maybe they do good work once they're there, but sadly I wouldn't know.
