This place should have state funding pulled and put under investigation. My son has been given new case manager constantly. They managed nothing and I found it disturbing that they would talk to him like he didn’t have developmental problems. If he could do what they expected he wouldn’t need the help. I wonder how much money they have scammed from the state

Have been working with this company for a few months now and have had great support. My care manager helps lead me in the right direction and keeps me on my plan for success.

I came here to get help for my 11 year old who has OCD, 3 different diagnoses of anxiety, and ADHD. We are unable to find a therapist as we are always told there are wait lists, not accepting new patients. This place literally just told me that they only help you if you have tried to kill yourself. I said that I want to help my son before it gets to the point of him trying to take his life, or being sent off to a mental institution. Its hard for me, to get there. There's no bus shelter where you can sit while waiting for the bus to pick you up. My caseworker Rick Wellman isn't very good. I asked for different caseworker. But they never got back to me. With my bad leg I can't go to some distant part of Syracuse, because standing for long periods of time is painful. I'm not sure what to do. I also need serious dental work, specifically two root canals on my teeth. But that's in jeopardy too.
