Very dirty and loudly apartment complex. Management they do not care about problems to fix, a lot of people come and use pool around 2:00 am in the morning. Fire sprinklers are leaking at he entrance nobody cares. Elevators are not working for a month, management they don't care about fixing issues. Corridors are stinky and dirty, I do not recommend any person to live there.

Management/ownership change last year was painful, I don’t blame Weller specifically for the issues as Inland/owner sold with a lot of hidden defective equipment. Maintenance was non existent at the time. Weller’s first manager was poor and replaced, thank goodness. So as of today, Weller has been slowly fixing things (many) and getting the complex back in order. Kaitlyn the new manager and maintenance get 5 stars for good customer service and making an effort. The office staff is always so friendly and makes you feel important. Love Cheyenne and Kaitlyn! Beautiful amenities! Sometimes I feel like I live in a hotel.
