The building is... (Verified Renter) The building is beautiful, and the staff is friendly. The lack of sunlight by the pool really makes it unusable. That level had such a beautiful view of the city, which was lost as well. I would also recommend cleaning the dog run more frequently. I felt at times it was unsafe for my dog.

I love everything... (Verified Renter) I love everything about the building. The people are very friendly, they have wonderful amenities and the apartment really feels like home. However, the prices based on current trends are a little high. Especially for studio living that no longer has a view.

My requests were... (Verified Renter) My requests were responded to quickly and handled very well. I have always appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of Jose and Heberth. They are always a pleasure to interact with and are so responsive and helpful.
I love the... (Verified Renter) I love the building and amenities here, but I would recommend that people avoid the apartments facing the McDermott Center due to the noise, constant stream of people coming and going, and incredibly frequent ambulance sirens.
Utility package is... (Verified Renter) Utility package is a little confusing (and when is it due? Would be awesome if could pay it at the same time as rent). Rent is a bit much, but I suppose that's not up to the management office and is based on market prices/the neighborhood. Still, some kind of move-in incentive (e.g., first month off) would be greatly appreciated!
