Verified Renter Move-in was seamless! Nick answered all our questions for the weeks and months leading up to it. We were able to reserve the freight elevator and park in an alley with convenient access to the building. Even when we accidentally blocked part of the buildings garage door, everyone was so nice and patient about it, helping us come up with a solution and guide our truck to a better spot in the alley.

The building is extremely pet friendly and offers great amenities like a dog spa and a dog run area so you don’t have to leave the building for those potty breaks. Maintenance requested are handled quickly and they make sure to resolve your issue. The common spaces are clean and well maintained. Overall, a great place to live.

It’s been a great experience living at Circa. The ... It’s been a great experience living at Circa. The building is clean, safe, and comfortable with plenty of common spaces and amenities. My apartment is modern and comfortable with plenty of outlets, an in unit washer and dryer, lots of cabinet space, and a big bathroom. It’s nice being able to go to the outdoor dog run without having to leave the building. The staff is extremely friendly, from maintenance to leasing agents.
