Circa37 is a good community overall. Lived there for 4.5 years. Decided to move out due to the rent increase they proposed back to back (Corp problem, hence 4 stars). That been said, the manager and crew are great! Always helpful and resourceful, 5 star level. And their maintenance team service is outstanding! I had to stop and write a review because truly I have had an excellent experience with Circa 37. I especially want to give a shout out to Devon at the leasing office for being exceptionally timely with responding to emails and being very helpful in general. He consistently went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and living preferences throughout the move-in process. The apartments are spacious and very modern. Just moved in, so it's still early, but so far everyone is very nice and am enjoying the amenities! Devon from leasing office is very kind and friendly.
I enjoyed living in Circa37. Wonderful place to live. Very well maintained. Leasing team , maintenance team & everyone in the office is so friendly and resourceful. Pet friendly place & lots of monthly community events available to participate in. The only complaint I have is the parking - some residents don’t use their garages to park the cars but more for storage so if you’re home late, you’d have to find parking & walk (unless you have an assigned spot)
My husband and I love it at Circa 37! We moved from Chicago 1.5 years ago, and we are so thankful to have found Circa 37 as our home. The apartments are extremely well taken care of (maintenance team is top notch and super responsive), the property is beautiful (love the pool & hot tub), it is very dog friendly and everyone that works in the main office is so sweet (and give our dog treats on a daily basis) - special shoutout to Emily who loves our pup!
