We always go for dinner but this past weekend we went for brunch! All I can say is AMAZING! I had the crab cake Egg Benedict and mom had Banana Foster Pancakes and it was the best! Our server was so pleasant even after a crazy long weekend and they still had everything in stock! What a great example of why you do local!
Excellent food, a wonderful staff, a fantastic smaller eatery! It would be ashame to say you have never been there. The dream of a local couple gratuitously fulfilled!
Great place to go and atmosphere and the duck is great
I was pleasantly surprised on my very first visit. Both seafood dishes were good and served hot. Absolutely loved the sweet potato cheese cake, yummy! Thanks to the staff for helping me celebrate my anniversary. Will come again.
Wife and I had dinner there last night. We will Never eat at this establishment again. Service was extremely slow, my mashed potatoes were dry as if they had been sitting for hours. My wife's pork chop was not fully cooked. Then on top of that I'm forced to pay 20% gratuity because there's something "special" going on downtown. I'm not one to ever stiff wait staff but I don't appreciate being told what to give. In my opinion, if you want a really good meal with great service, go up the street to Pierro's.
The food and appetizers were amazing!! Great atmosphere and local beers. I will be back again next time I'm in the area. If you are in Fayetteville Circa 1800 is the place to go.
I had been at the VA Medical Center pretty much all day and wanted a REALLY nice salad. I drove to my favorite spot for lunch....Circa 1800. After asking if they could help, I said please recommend a REALLY good salad. Without hesitation...Fried green tomato salad. I can't even began to describe the wonderful flavors that came together to make such a memorable salad....a taste of heaven!
My new husband and I are in the area due to hurricane Matthew, originally residing in Myrtle Beach. We found this listed as a local favorite and we were NOT disappointed! The atmosphere was fantastic, the service was friendly, and the food was very flavorful and exquisite.
Such a great experience with my wife for a date night. Everything was cooked wonderfully. Highly recommend this restaurant!
