Please adjust your move in times and delivery times as you are disturbing the neighbors you have across the street. We hear your loud trucks with the beeping at very early hours and it’s very upsetting that this is aloud. Also the music in the entrance where the hotel is where the staff is not taking into consideration that people are sleeping still right across from your building. Please fix this ASAP!!!!
My husband and I went to see our future apartment on Friday, June 29, We were greeted by a courteous and friendly concierge. Our guide, Lilly, was well informed and very pleasant. She took us to our future apartment and on a tour of the building and sections of the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised, as the building and its amenities exceeded our expectations.
Daniel at the concierge desk is fabulous! He made it possible for me to get a tour and everything is very impressive, especially since all the final touches haven't been added to the whole building yet. I think Hollywood will be quite proud of this addition to our neighborhood. I'm just hoping the yoga room can be used to get massages because the space is perfect!
The apartments are BEAUTIFUL and they have the nicest staff! �

Condo and building amenities are awesome, beware if you live here they do not offer free guest parking! During the day regardless of the length of time it’s $15.00 or $22.00 overnight parking. Also if you want an apartment with a beautiful view you have no choice you either have to get a 2 or 3 bedroom unit , the one bedroom unit views or hideous.
