I have refrained from writing a review because I believe that everyone deserves the chance to build their own perception of what & where they’re looking to live for 12+ months but BE WARNED. DO NOT LET THE GLITZ AND GLAMOUR OF THE VALET AND FIRST FLOOR WOO YOU. THEY ARE A CHEAP PLOY TO LURE YOU IN. RecommendedThe Circ is a great place to live. I really enjoy all of the amenities, concierge and security. I use the pool and the gym frequently, and the pool is by far my favorite part of the residences. I also really love how friendly the concierge is, and how I can walk downstairs to Publix to do all of my grocery shopping. It's a great location, and has great views from my apartment!

the place looks amazing and staff are amazing..., but when we we moved in we weren't aware of the air bnb or have been told of it when we had the tour, i am not happy with it because we dont actually know who lives here and who doesn't plus they take up the elevators, especially the spring brakers. we did have issues of people throwing cigarettes and water on our balcony it toke management quite a while to get the issue sorted i wasn't happy with there response when i reported at lease 5 times.when is this Airbnb going to en... read more
Love it here but concerned about the Airbnb. Can we have an explanation about that?
Wife and I have lived here since October. Love everything about it so far. Staff has responded to any concerns within minutes and followed through at every step making sure my wife and I were comfortable and informed. The team in the building office has gone above and beyond time and again for us. Love this place!
