I got drawn there by "Best of Hartford" writeup. Within days of routine cleaning, my child would have plaque on his teeth. I wish I'd taken the time to inspect his teeth prior to leaving the office. Clearly wasn't cleaned properly. Also, he got a bag with a cheap Dollar Store toothbrush and a bouncy ball from vending machine. Really?! My friends' children get sample toothpaste, full mini-floss, floss picks & mini mouthwash. Out of pocket would be worth it if the bags weren't so pathetic.
