Dr. Nick changed my life. I have not been able to see for almost 15 years due to keratoconus and have seen many doctors before him. Day one he made me feel safe and comfortable and not judged. Nick showed patience when performing my exams that do take longer than others. I had an amazing experience at Ciotti Eye Care! My grandmother had such a great experience here that she recommended I make an appointment, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, everyone in the office was so friendly and welcoming, and I felt taken care of the entire time. Dr. Nick was incredibly thorough during my eye exam. He took the time to carefully check the health of my eyes, explain everything he was looking at, and answer all of my questions. Disappointed with the office policy here. I was told a retinal screening (Optomap) is "required" for all patients as their standard of care — even though it's not covered by VSP insurance and comes with an extra out-of-pocket charge. When I asked to simply decline the add-on and have a standard covered eye exam instead, I was told that wasn't an option. Making a paid extra mandatory just to be seen feels like a bait-and-switch, especially for something insurance already covers in the traditional exam. Would've been fine with... read more

After feeling frustrated and discouraged with my previous opticians regarding issues with my vision, I decided to visit your practice based on your positive reviews.
