Two males in a Cintas truck were waiting to pull out of a parking lot and onto Five Mile (cross street Franklin) at 3:17pm today. I was passing them before realizing they were about to turn onto the main road and put my hand up as an apologetic gesture for not stopping to allow them in as further traffic was stopped at the train coming through. alarm went off, we ask for reset the system... the company billed us 3 times almost $1500.00...
Nasty people to deal with, bunch of snakes. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
Spent $900 having our businesses floors stripped and resealed. Estimator promised stains would come up and glue coming up from between tiles would stop after 4 coats of sealant was applied. Needless to say stains did not come up, wax has worn off floors in a matter of a few months and glue is coming back between tiles. Cintas offers POOR service and then adds charges for services that were not requested, then takes forever to reimburse those funds. Been waiting for months now for my credit!
