We had our fire extinguisher serviced today, and David Perkins the Service Sales Representative was great. He explained all the work that was required and was very thorough. He was friendly and courteous.
If I could give zero stars I would. After Saniell wasted time arguing with my staff about extinguisher compliance, he called to report my business to the fire marshall. Fire marshall made a visit to confirm we are indeed in compliance. Using scare tactics to make sales is bad business. How embarassing.
