I bought a Cinnabon here, and the dough was stale - it was clear it had been sitting out for a long time. They’re selling low-quality, non-fresh products.
This is not my first bun purchase. But I noticed that my bun purchase is soon to be without any icing and you will have to purchase extra just to cover the bun. At first I asked could I have some more and was rudely answered that I could pay even though she saw it was dry as the box it comes in. After buying it because I was ready to go I get home just to find that the middle of the bun was uncooked dough. I will never spend a dime here again.
Very nice service and they offered a sample. Very friendly.
