Fantastic. For brevity's sake, I'll just mention this. We tried to order the Foie Gras First Plate, but were told they were out. After seeing the disappointment on my face...they ventured over to their sister-restaurant to pick up some Foie Gras and prepare it for us. All that aside, hands-down the best Foie Gras I've ever put in my mouth. Will be back.
