Dr. Wu is an incredibly skilled plastic surgeon as well as a very compassionate, caring individual. She did my breast reduction and lift a year ago, and I am thrilled with both the results and her followup care. I am so happy she was my plastic surgeon! Had a tummy tuck, muscle repair and lipo a year ago with Dr Wu. This surgery was life changing. Dr Wu was amazing and the staff was on point! My results are phenomenal and exceeded my expectations.
Dr Wu is an amazingly skilled plastic surgeon. Not sure why anyone would rate her low because of her receptionist. The other low review is from a husband who is not happy with his wife’s breasts. That is some nerve. She did breast implant removal and lift on me several years ago and my breasts look amazing. I feel compelled to write the five star review because I saw a couple two star reviews. That is absurd! Dr Wu is caring and amazingly skilled.
This is more about the receptionist, because that's as far as I could/would proceed.. I was approved via insurance for reconstructive surgery.. but it falls under the "plastic surgery" umbrella.. and Cindy Wu was the doctor that was suggested for the work.. was so excited to feel/look like myself again after one emergency then a second botched C-section. The receptionist rudely told me "We don't accept insurance for plastic surgery" and that was the end of the phone call .. currently vetting new doctors..
