I had a difficult situation with my ex-spouse and Cindy handled everything perfectly. Cindy accommodated the specific demands of the ex-spouse, including times of day and pet arrangements, while the house was shown. There were also demands about the closing date that Cindy successfully negotiated with the buyer. Meanwhile, the buyer also had unique circumstances and Cindy well worked to make everything come together. For instance, the buyer needed to have a quick transition from her old residence to this one.
Cindy has helped us purchase two homes and sell one. I can attest that we are not the easiest clients to deal with - but Cindy navigated us through the process masterfully. She is extremely responsive, zealously advocates for her clients, and helps them get exactly what they are looking for. I highly recommend her.
