This will be my first and last appointment with Dr. Garcia. The experience I had with her was unprofessional. She wouldn’t allow me to finish my sentences when I was speaking. Being my first pregnancy I have questions and concerns. When she mentions things are “normal” throughout the ultrasound, how does a patient know what is normal and isn’t normal without an explanation. If I could leave 0 starts I would. My wife had went in for her second ultrasound and I was not able to go in, which was new to me to hear our little ones heartbeat for the first time. She also was gonna record but Cindy did not let her. She was texting me she said I Cindy told her she can’t record when she wasn’t even recording. My wife said She did not explain anything at all and was rushed. Every question my wife asked she said “looks normal” but no information. Dr. Garcia was my ob/gyn during my pregnancy and she was amazing! Her knowledge and experience were immeasurable, and she made me feel assured and confident at the right moments (she actually listens!). She has a very professional bedside manner, but is warm at the same time. I can't say enough about her, just grateful to have been in her care during that time!
