Do not freeze oe refrigerate cakes and say they are freshly made. Be more helpful and work with customers.

TL;DR save your money and stay away from Cinderella Cakes unless you want to disappoint your child and your guests. I highly recommend Cinderella Cakes. We ordered a graduation cake and they designed it exactly the way we wanted. We asked them to use the school colors and add the school’s emblem....it was perfect! The cake tasted amazing too! They made this very easy. I am from out of state and decided to become a customer based on their website. I’m glad I reached out to them! No issues with my order...they exceeded my expectations.

I live in Virginia and wanted to send my 81 year old father a little something for his birthday - which is a challenge during this time. His delivery was perfect - he said he never saw such beautiful cupcakes. The TP was his favorite! I think I will be ordering for all my CA friends and family. Shout out to GrubHub for the amazing delivery!

My daughters birthday landed on a recent trip to Disneyland ..we are from new Zealand and as a cake maker myself I nervously booked and paid for a cake from Cinderella cakes online .. Absolutely loved the cake! It was moist and delicious the filling was amazing! Decorated exactly as I had ordered! The lady who served me was friendly helped me take it to the car Only regret was not getting a bigger size! I’m a hard lady to please and I was a very happy customer Thank you 😊

I used them for my wedding and received the wrong flavor of cake even though I had checked in with them multiple times before the day of. After the wedding I told them what happened and was never contacted again.

The cupcakes are amazing The white chocholate cupcakes are my favorite and the monster cookie was tasty and delicious. i love this place. the quality is top notch. check out their wedding book also. the designs will make you feel like a princess.
