THESE PEOPLE ARE A JOKE EXTREMELY RUDE AND HORRIBLE PERIOD!! I recommend no one ever in life go there! The lady that I paid already to fix and just file 1 nail told me that she couldn't and that my finger was just not straight!! I told her that's what I just paid her to do and I request that she fixes it!! She then tossed the nail file and told me I had to do it!! They are flat out nasty!! I'm already in the works with the BBB and other action at this time!!! People Run! FAST!!
I couldn't agree more with the first and second review! Avoid this place at ALL COST!!! I went with my daughter. They did not ask either one of us what we wanted. They just started on our nails. The water thing for my feet didnt work it was cold and didnt bubble at all. The guy was rude as could be. My daughter got home and her polish is all coming off her feet and I get home and theres a chip in my nail. My nails are no where near as long as I wanted. This place SUCKS BIG TIME!! t in for a simple acrylic fill in. Equipment was broken. Didn't fully cover my nail with acrylic. When painting the white tip got paint all over my fingers and didn't remove it. Top coat was rough after it dried and when I complained she said she was already with another client and couldn't fix it. 2 of my nails broke the next day. I went to get them repaired at another salon and my tech said my nails were so damaged by the last tech that I should remove them and let them heal. Avoid this place at all costs. Do not, I repeat do not go to the guy with the braces... Love this place but Do not call if you have a problem cause they can not fix over the phone. NO ENGLISH. Manager on vacation... ha ha ha
