I have used inspector Chris several times for home inspections! He and his team are so thorough!! I won’t ever use anyone else, highly highly recommend them!!
Very thorough and professional. They took their time and did a great job. I liked how he explained not just what was wrong but why, and how it could be fixed.
We used Chris during a new construction build with Ryan Homes! Chris was recommended by our realtor and he is amazing! My husband is an engineer, so we had to have the best and most knowledgeable person out there - Chris is that person! He found some serious issues in our pre-drywall inspection that could have caused major issues later and violated codes! Not sure who you are or why you gave me a review on face book. But your rating of 1 star is very unbelievable due to the fact i do not know you nor did i do a home inspection for you. I have this screen shot and i am kindly asking you to remove it within the next 24 hours or i will turn this over to my lawyer.
I would not trust anyone else but Chris to inspect my properties. I have used him twice in the last 2 years and the insight and detail that goes into his inspections are second to none. I will certainly be using him should the need ever arise. Don't hesitate to use him.
