RecommendedInspector Chris once again was awesome. He did another great job. He is very thorough.You can not hide stuff from him. He is very honest. We have a house that has a elevator in it. He came right out and said he did not have the experience to really inspect them. Other people would have just faked it or lied. He is the only inspector I will ever use.

2 guys showed up to our business, didn't tell anyone they were there, and just started inspecting; climbing on the roof, etc. When I went out to ask them who they were, they didn't answer at first, then just said they were here to do an inspection for someone interested in buying. I asked who for, and if they needed anything, and neither of them said anything, just kept working. Very unprofessional.
Everything...he covers all the bases with the team of inspectors he brings.....including Pest inspection.
Chris & his team are very knowledgeable, accommodating and extremely pleasant to work with. Chris welcomes Buyers to accompany him and ask any questions or just get a rundown of what's found with complete explanations and suggestions of remedy.
