Recommendednice and friendly staff. we went here for a sleep study. cons: you have to walk past the ER and urgent care to go to the sleep study area - with an airway compromised kid, this made me a bit nervous. also... liberty is so far away from Kentucky lol

The absolute BEST experience ever with a hospital . My very first time there and first surgery for my 4 year old. They made me feel at ease and him as well and I would never take my child elsewhere . The kindest, most caring nurses and doctors I’ve ever encountered !
The docs are great but the nurses in the ER are questionable! I’ve heard them gossiping about patients in the ER laughing about cases they were working on. The lead was extremely unprofessional and didn’t seem to care about them talking about patients where everyone could hear. Ive had several good experiences prior to this one.

I will NEVER go to Liberty Children's ER again. I brought my 3 month old son in (pedi sent us from appointment) for respiratory distress! O2 sats started to drop to 89-90 and they just took it off and said it wasn't accurate. Lies. Also said he was well hydrated. Sent us home. Came to Children's main ER a few hours later for the same thing and they admitted him instantly for O2 sats 89-90, dehydration, RESPIRATORY DISTRESS, feet even turning purple. Always go to main. How could we ever express our gratitude to the doctors/nurse staff on L4! We brought our daughter to your hospital sick and scared. After almost a week we are leaving well and happy!! To Doctors Holloway, Dr Benz, Dr Simpson and Dr D-Treasure, to Courtney, Tarrah, Lindsey, Chelsea, Mindy and Joanna- you guys are angels, you just can’t see your invisible wings!!! Thank you!!!
