The wait in the urgent care was 5 hours not sure why I’m getting charged an insane amount for urgent care when it’s really a doctors office also no nurse to see how sick the kids are in the waiting room to see who needs to be seen first or transferred to the ER. Again if you were waiting only an hour or so that would be ok but not 4 hours as it claims to be an Urgent Care Once we got back there the nurses and NP were amazing and took great care of the kids. Went to the E.R. this evening. my daughter had a pine needle in her eye. we waited 3 hours to even get back to be seen then were told it would be at least another 2 hours to be seen from that point. I understand there are true emergencies but I think it would be nice to have been told the situation before waiting that long. My daughter has adhd, sensory processing and odd so sitting taht long is a true struggle especially when she's in pain.There were many families that came in after us with kids coughing. Nice and friendly staff. The campus is huge for not being the main hospital
Me and my husband and my seven-year-old went there last night because my daughter had fell back in a chair and punctured her arm scared to death not knowing if it was even repairable the staff they are the nurses the doctor everybody was absolutely amazing and they made my daughter feel safe they explained everything to her they made her Amazing during her stay there they did an amazing job sewing her up thank you all y’all are superheroes
I brought my daughter in for headache, fever, dizziness, and double vision.. it has been over 3 hrs and 1 nurse has come in just 1 time and we still haven't seen a doctor!!
such amazing environment . people in the hospital are amazing and very compassionate. love this hospital. 5 star place . I would recommend them to anyone.
clean, easy to navigate, easy to park. They take great care of my kiddo when needed.
