We brought our daughter to follow up with a cardiologist. We had less than a 5 minute wait to see a nurse for vitals, weight, etc. All staff were super helpful and friendly. The doctor was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining things to us, calming our worries. The nurse that performed our EKG was WONDERFUL! Her name was Zena (spelling?). She did such a great job reassuring our little one. Very caring and compassionate. The excellent care, from start to finish, was very much appreciated. Thank you!

Everyone is always so kind and friendly. They make you feel welcome and that your child is their top priority. They never rush through appointments, they take their time and treat you as if you're the only patient there. They go above and beyond to accommodate you're every need.
Very helpful and nice from the doctors to housekeeping
The doctors in each department communicate with each other. The concier service is wonderful to get appointments scheduled together, so we don't have to make as many trips down here. The staff all go out of the way to make each child feel they are very special. Hope they can come up with solution, instead of just telling us he is a complicated case, which is all we have gotten from other facilities.
We are blessed to have the Cincinnati Children's Hospital so close to home. They made miracles happen for my daughter, and so many other children.
