Best hospital ever !! Have never had a single problem with them and all of my kids have been seen there or had surgery there
our granddaughter, Charlotte has hepotablastoma and has had liver and lung surgery. We love Dr.Tiao, Dr. Geller, his assistant, and staff! The nurses were great in making sure that Charlotte was comfortable and were always asking if we needed anything. So thankful for hospitals, doctors, nurses, and places like the Ronald McDonald house for families.
While we love CCHMC for a lot of things and they provide excellent care in CLINIC , hospitalizations are very disjointed as far as coordination of care/esp if it is in reference to a complex case. Our daughter takes ALL liquids/meds (except plain water) ....thru a gtube yet I woke up at 3 am to find her nurse attempting to administer meds ORALLY???? How did that not get noted???!?!?!I would love to see this improve!
Love the hospital but not the Dr we saw. Dr Myer has no bed side manner. He was very rude to my special needs son. Won't see him again hopefully.
The staff are absolutely amazing, cordial, professional and experienced!
Dr Pressey has been an absolute blessing to our family!
Every single person we encountered was absolutely amazing. It is never fun when your kids need to have surgery or are sick. They made everything much better. Thank you all!
