Long before I worked at CCHMC my daughter was a patient. We were so blessed to live close to this hospital and for her to receive the best care possible. Now I am lucky enough to work here and am so very thankful.

I have never in my life heard of a hospital refusing transfer of a child on her Dr orders! Twice now Cincinnati Children's hospital has refused transfer of my daughter from the local small hospital. She is a 17 yr old who has always been. healthy. In the last 2 weeks she has fainted for no reason 8 times . They are getting more frequent. Yesterday she was found face 1st on floor. She also fainted in front of dr. Obviously something is very WRONG. She is scared her classmates and teachers are scared and I am scared to sleep.
A graduate Mom of the NICU an intense program that prepared me to raise a child to the fullest And best of my ability...giving me the drive to continue my intense training in my home of Georgia Choa of Egleston....to all my teachers, mentors, And supporters thank you simply cannot suffice the gift of motherhood as you help me celebrate mothers day happiness seven years And counting....

Love the staff, always very friendly, eager to help, and answer questions. Your check-in kiosks, however, are a FAIL. Last month, I tried to check in and it would not allow me to. Today, I checked in and then sat in the waiting area for over 45 minutes before someone noticed me and asked who we were and said that we weren't even in their system... Apparently, this happens a lot according to the comments every single staff member.
