My daughter (Zoey) had outpatient surgery, first of five to come. As a mom, I was very nervous and scared. This hospital's staff was so professional and sweet to her and me. They treated her with great empathy and patience and me as well. Every question I had was answered and most were addressed even before I asked. I couldn't ask for a better experience for my child. Hi, I'm Brandy Taylor & my son, Billy Joe was just discharged from there this morning. He underwent a stapedectomy yesterday morning with Dr. Daniel Choo. If your child has any kind of medical issue, this is the place you want them to go!! My son has been mostly deaf since birth (has only 2% left) & we literally thought we were out of options until my audiologist brought up Dr. Choo's name & said we should go get his opinion. I love Cinn. Children's hospital. They are so friendly and patient with the children and they gave my son a diagnosis but didn't rush on one because they wanted to make sure because they couldn't get accurate results.
One visit here and you will see why they are a top 3 children's hospital in the USA. Everyone is so nice and helpful.

This best hospital we have ever been to. They helped cure my son of a brain tumor. Great doctors and people. We still go there once a year for follow ups. Its worth the drive.
