This company does not guarantee their supposedly 90 day contract. I am going to seek legal action. They came out to do the initial heat treatment with no problem. I was still seeing bed bugs in my house and called them to do a follow-up treatment; it was so hard to get in touch with anyone and when I finally did I was told they were in a heat treatment class. I am LIVID at this company right now!!!🤬🤯 I am trying to schedule my follow up appointment after having my place treated and the phone number that is provided is not working. I am trying to contact the person that treated my place and the other contact person whom I’m assuming is the owner neither has not responded to my call our text. This is unprofessional and I’m taking this complaint further. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I saw one of their technicians doing a treatment to one of the units in my apartment and I told them about my curent situation. they gave me a price on site and came back a week later and did the treatment. its about 2 weeks since and we have not see anything. Im guessing we are good to go, but we will of course keep you up to date. Thanks.
