Superb Customer Service. Great selection of Products!!
One of the worst customer service you can ever have an experience with in the States. The attitude of the older guy, I guess he runs the business, was really bad... That's all I can say now not to be rude.
I'm not normally one to even write a review let alone a bad one however I feel it's necessary this time. Today I visited after driving from about 2.5 hours away to be greeted by a very unfriendly man (the owner), this was not my first time at this store. The first time was to purchase my newborn daughter her first bracelet a couple years ago in which the son assured me at anytime it broke or I had a problem they would gladly fix/repair at no charge.
