Talking with someone over the phone trying to run some kind of scam asking for personal info, not knowing what I needed, then saying he knows what I need ,then saying he does accept my insurance then he doesn't then he would do it but I won't pay for the item but we'll go around the insurance other things that seemed like a scam and trying to get information to pull a scam
