Este lugar es una basura servicio pesimo not hay quien atienda una queja y según la persona encargada de nombre jessica es una persona arrogante q lejos re resolver un problema se pone de lado de sin compañeras y se cubren así mismo pera que la queja nunca llegue a sus superiores.nada tengo que de Sir de el doctor web excelente persona excelente médico al igual q caroline pero el front desk junto a jessica son un fracaso.y jamás recomendaría este lugar a nadie.

Horrible staff for home visits, unprofessional, incompetent , poorly managed ,by office manager Maria,uncaring, no compassion for their senior patients. Do not allow them to care for your elderly family member.
Long wait time. My appointment was at 1030am and 1.5 hours later, i havent seen a doctor. So i finally asked how long the wait time is as i have errands in an hour. The front desk told me there was one patient ahead of me and they couldn't guarantee that ill see a doctor in an hour. What a waste of time going there.
This is the 2nd visit in a row...1st took 4hrs and so far today I'm at hour #3
The nurses are amazing and so caring they are always extremely busy and still take very good care of you The Dr's there too are amazing and very caring. Love this place I recommend this place to all that really want to be taken care of the wait is worth it I promise you!
I am a patient here, I'm visiting family out of state and broke my wrist, orthopedist's office wants a referral from my PCP first, but CIMA refuses unless I see them first, they don't care that I am 600+ miles away. So done with this place!
