This review is based my two sons getting braces there before Dr. K joined. A cash payment of $800 disappeared and the receipt machine wasn't working. I received a hand written note on a 2x2 scrap of paper which I later lost but the credit appeared on my billing account immediately. That person left the business soon after. Later a new billing manager came in who was not only inept but couldn't understand my account and took away the $800 because they couldn't trace the money.
