On 2/20/19 I arrived for my daughter’s visit and was accosted by a woman who identified herself as Mrs. Cigna. After a short exchange, Mrs. Cigna attempted to intimidate me into removing my previous review (below). Mrs. Cigna threatened to have her attorney “draw up papers” against my husband who previously expressed concerns about the poor client-service and inconvenient hours of operations for a practice which services children (over 6 months ago). Absolutely Amazing staff - Everyone was warm and inviting . The staff made us feel welcome and definitely put my daughter at ease as she was skeptical about getting the braces ....
Love both the the orthodontists and the staff, very friendly and the office is very child and teen friendly. Highly recommend
