Terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Terrible automated system. Simply put. Stayed on phone trying to reach a live person for over an hour. The only way I resolved the issue was to go in as a new applicant ( while hitting the prompts) to get to a live person to TALK TO. Mind you, my frustration had built up, and I did get my billing issue finally resolved. It shouldn't be so hard between AI-& REAL PEOPLE Relationships.
Once enrollment comes up in November, we are going with a different insurance. Worst insurance "EVER". They turned down coverage for ABA(behavioral therapy) my autistic son has been receiving for the past 3 years. Sounds like another lawsuit waiting to happen that I read in a news article for the same insurance in CA in the past couple years. Cigna isn't worthy of anybody's business.
