If I could rate them a zero I would. Terrible customer service. They took all the information from me about my daughter when we purchased temp insurance for her. When insurance was no longer needed they would not cancel unless they spoke with my daughter directly and when my daughter finally was able to get hold of someone after 2 months via email, no response! These people are liars. They claim Medicare has a policy requiring supplemental companies, specifically them Healthspring, to mail EOBs and not do paperless. They have been told by more than one person and someone who knows the rules, regulations and is versed in Medicare but they still say they cannot do a paperless EOB. This insurance company takes way to long to approve a procedure that I been waiting to have..pay into this company and they still have my prior authorization process going after 3 weeks..
